Some time ago I was searching for programming related puzzle apps but couldn’t find anything decent. Most apps require “you” to write code, but that’s a no-go on mobile devices. So I had to come up with my own product.

The idea is to have a variety of challenging code problems/puzzles for users to solve, ranging from easy to very difficult. The beauty is that users do not necessarily need a programming background, just some motivation and grit is enough.

Codr is web-based, easy to use and works on almost any device. On mobile devices no install is needed, you can however add the link to your home screen.

Codr supports two themes (dark and light), because programmers know why. As of today the amount of challenges is limited, but I am adding new puzzles on a daily basis. Since this is still a “beta” version, I limited the code to only one programming language. I decided to go with JavaScript since it’s more widely applicable than say Python/C#/C++. And JS’s syntax resembles that of C-derived languages after all.

Give it a try, and I would love to hear your feedback :)
